What to Expect

Upon arrival the therapist needs to position the couch or chair so that she may walk clearly around it and most living rooms can easily accommodate this. 

She needs 10 minutes to set up during which she will ask you to complete a confidential questionnaire.
This is important as it allows the therapist to personalise your session and to be aware of any existing health concerns you may have.

The session lasts 1 hour at the end of which there is time to reflect on your treatment and no need to jump straight of the couch, unlike traditional Spa sessions.

The therapist packs up, takes payment and can book further appointments.

In total it will be approx. 1 hour 30 minutes from arriving and leaving.

                                                     Did you know if you have health insurance or a health scheme through work and they cover Complementary Therapies you can reclaim your treatment costs. As a registered and insured therapist with FHT your insurance company will refund the cost upon receipt of an invoice. Please ask if you require such an invoice and I will be very happy to supply one.
